Current Status
Warhorn Tactical is not taking orders yet. Our flagship shooting table is in development and apparel is coming soon. This policy will apply once our store opens. Join the list to hear when pre-orders go live.
1. Order Processing
In-stock orders typically ship within [X] business days of order confirmation. Pre-order items ship when available. The estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or [LIST HOLIDAYS].
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

3. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may not be available in every state or country due to local laws or carrier restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that products you order are legal to possess and use where you live. 5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email info@warhorntactical.com within [X] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, contact the carrier first, then contact us and we’ll help.
6. Returns
We accept returns of unused items in original condition and packaging within [30] days of delivery.
- Shooting tables and hard goods must be unused, unmodified, and include all parts and hardware.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

To start a return, email info@warhorntactical.com with your order number. Items sent back without an approved return authorization may not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within [X] business days. Original shipping charges are [refundable / non-refundable]. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we made an error. [OPTIONAL: A restocking fee of [X]% applies to returned hard goods.]
8. Exchanges
Need a different apparel size? Email info@warhorntactical.com and we’ll help with an exchange, subject to availability.
9. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing info@warhorntactical.com. If a pre-order ship date is significantly delayed, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel.
