1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of warhorntactical.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Warhorn Tactical, operated by Warhorn Tactical LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Warhorn Tactical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, joining our email list, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from us. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, Descriptions & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product images may be renderings, prototypes, or mockups and may differ from the final production item. Specifications, materials, colors, and features may change before or after release.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pre-Orders & Launch Notifications
Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis before they are in stock. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed. Manufacturing and supply timelines can change.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Product warranty coverage, if any, is described in our Warranty page. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Lawful & Safe Use; Assumption of Risk
Warhorn Tactical products are accessories for shooting and field use. They are not firearms and do not make any firearm safer by themselves. You are solely responsible for handling firearms safely, following all manufacturer instructions for your firearm, tripod, and mounting equipment, and complying with all federal, state, and local laws.
You are responsible for verifying that our products are compatible with your equipment, properly assembled, mounted, and secured, and used within any stated load or use limits. Shooting sports and field activities carry inherent risk of injury and property damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume those risks when you use our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Warhorn Tactical name, logos, badge artwork, slogans (including “Built for the Prepared”), product designs, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Warhorn Tactical and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.
10. Reviews & User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You represent that your content is truthful and that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content at our discretion.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malware, interfere with Site security, scrape or harvest data, or place orders for unauthorized commercial resale without our written consent.
12. Disclaimers

14. Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
