Warranty terms will be finalized before our products launch. The language below is a starting template for a limited warranty and must be completed and reviewed by an attorney.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Warhorn Tactical warrants to the original retail purchaser that its [PRODUCT LINE, e.g. shooting tables and hard-goods accessories] will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for [WARRANTY PERIOD, e.g. one (1) year / the lifetime of the product] from the date of original purchase. Apparel and soft goods are covered for [PERIOD] against manufacturing defects.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, finish wear, and cosmetic changes from use.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper assembly or mounting.
- Use beyond any stated load, size, or compatibility limits, or with incompatible tripods, rails, or equipment.
- Products that have been modified, altered, machined, or repaired by anyone other than Warhorn Tactical.
- Damage to firearms, optics, tripods, or other equipment used with our products.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold second-hand. [ATTORNEY TO REVIEW]
3. Our Remedy
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Warhorn Tactical will, at its option, repair or replace the product or part, or refund the purchase price. Replacement parts or products may be new or equivalent. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
4. How to Make a Claim
Email info@warhorntactical.com with your name, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos. If approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement. [STATE WHO PAYS SHIPPING for warranty returns.]
5. Legal Rights
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
